About the Facility:
Our client is one of Australia's largest and fastest-growing aged care providers, with a mission to deliver outstanding care and support to residents across nearly 80 homes nationwide. The facility is nestled in a peaceful semi-rural setting, offering easy access to public transport, local shops, and a nearby hospital. This beautifully designed home accommodates over 170 beds, providing care to 149 residents, supported by a dedicated team of 220+ staff members.
In addition to its tranquil gardens, the facility features an onsite hairdressing salon, a piano for musical enjoyment, weekly bus outings, and a charming gazebo with outdoor seating and barbecue facilities for residents to enjoy.

The Role:
As the Residential Aged Care Manager, you will lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional, resident-centered care. In this dynamic leadership role, you will be responsible for:

• Creating a warm, welcoming home environment that residents and their families love.
• Innovatively addressing the evolving needs of residents and staff.
• Ensuring efficient and safe facility operations while maintaining high care standards.
• Managing financial performance, including meeting revenue and occupancy targets.
• Empowering your team, fostering growth, and enhancing their professional development.
• Building strong connections within the community, benefiting both residents and staff.

Skills & Expertise:

• Proven leadership experience in aged care, particularly in managing homes with 100+ beds.
• A background in healthcare (nursing or medical) is preferred, but extensive aged care management experience is highly valued.
• In-depth knowledge of aged care standards, regulations, and accreditation processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team.
• A commitment to continuous improvement and delivering the highest standards of care
